Responsibilities and Duties

• Enter data for the different products we work with, data such as SKU, product name, product color, genders, categories, etc., all related to products in the apparel industry.
• File management such as PDFs, PNG or JPEG images, resources provided by clients including our own resource library.
• Record updating for outdated information in current metrics, or changes due to client requests.
• Perform QC of the same detailed information to other team members, attention to detail, as all data must be correct before moving to the production area

Technical Knowledge

Spreadsheet Management - Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)

Document Management - Ability to organize, maintain, and manage digital documents in a systematic manner.
