Vacancy exists for a Customer Support Executive (Male) in a privately owned holiday bungalow located in the “Misty Ranges” of Watawala (about 3 hours drive from Colombo) in the district of Nuwara Eliya (11 km to Hatton).

You should be ready to be based at the bungalow (ideal for school leavers in Hatton / Nuwara Eliya etc.).

The ideal applicant should possess a positive attitude together with, pleasant, and outgoing personality in addition to:

1.   excellent customer care skills

2.   dedicated to work

3.   who can function independently

4.   should be able to manage the entire operation of the bungalow

5.   ready to be based at the bungalow

6.   identify the needs of the bungalow and provide solutions and/or alternatives

7.   high energy-take ownership and to delight our guests

8.   ability to think strategically and analyze bungalow needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve

9.   adequate computer literacy/experience with Excel/Word etc.
