Customer Service / Call Center
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality customer service by
responding to inquiries efficiently and courtesy.

Provide accurate and comprehensive
information.
·
Actively listen to customer feedback,
suggestions, and concerns and communicate them to relevant teams for
improvement.
·
Offer technical support for all website
and mobile application related inquiries.
·
Collaborate with the technical team to
ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
·
Continuously learn to keep up with changes
and developments in services and procedures.
·
Maintain the confidentiality of company
customer data and information.
Requirements:
·
20-35 years old candidates are considered.
·
A Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or above
preferred.
·
1-2 years’ experience in IT or customer service
are preferred.
·
Willingness to work according to a
shift-based schedule.
·
Handle urgent inquiries, peak periods, and
customer stress professionally.
Skills required
• Fluent in English and proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
Familiarity in AI tools such as ChatGPT.
