We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide shipment updates and tracking information.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport providers.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents and customer records.
  • Follow up on bookings, customs clearance, and cargo delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the operations team with daily logistics activities.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
