We are Core Cube (PVT) Ltd, an offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are looking for a young & energetic candidate with an attitude to learn fast and maintain a high standard of professionalism on duties to join our team.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 06 months to 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service.
• Fluency in English, Tamil or Hindi and excellent communication skills.
• Age between 18 - 28 interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
• Ability to work 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
JOB DUTIES
• Manage Outbound calls.
• Document Issues and Resolutions.
• Maintain client records by updating account information.
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals regarding quantitative and qualitative targets.
