BPO/ KPO Customer Service / Call Center

Our solutions vary from pure technology-based to pure human resource based and are implemented under a KPO/BPO delivery method. Our technical and operational capabilities as well as on boarding systems and office infrastructure, allow NirbiX to build high-performing teams within a short time frame. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to grow our BPO team for the following areas:
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other applications that are relevant to each field
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to multitask and priorities as required
- Efficient in completing projects and tasks in a timely manner
- Professional conduct and presentation 1 Good moral character and working attitude 1 Willing to work in Australian and New Zealand calendar and time zones
- Prior experience in a BPO is an advantage
Home Working Requirements
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps
- A good working desktop or a laptop
- Webcam for the purpose of meetings
- A headset (noise cancelling headset would be beneficial)
- A dedicated home office with an environment free from noise and distractions
- Must be comfortable working with staff monitoring applications which take screenshots,recordings etc.

- Salary starting from Rs. 40,000 and above based on your experience and performance
