We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist our routine
administrative activities by providing the necessary support and coordination
to ensure business needs and its operation is uprunning.
Key
Responsibilities:
·
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and
presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
·
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and
preventing conflicts.
·
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate
party.
·
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
·
Coordinating the work activities assigned by the management to the
department in charge.
·
Act as the point of contact for internal, external clients and the
management.
·
Performing general office administrative activities.
Key
Qualification:
·
Certification/Diploma
in secretarial or administrative course.
·
Proven
experience as an Administrative Assistant.
·
Knowledge of
office management systems and procedures.
·
Excellent
time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil/Sinhala.
·
Strong
organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
