We're Hiring: Regional Manager – Sri Lanka

Location: Colombo, Srilanka

StepUp Education Group is looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and well-connected Regional Manager to drive our student recruitment efforts across Sri Lanka. If you have experience in international education, enjoy building strong partnerships, and are eager to make an impact in the overseas education industry, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

· Build and nurture strong partnerships with education agents, schools, colleges, and recruitment partners across Sri Lanka.

· Represent and promote our international education programs to prospective students and partner institutions.

· Identify potential education agents, onboard new partners, and strengthen the recruitment network.

· Meet student recruitment and enrollment targets through effective business development initiatives.

· Conduct regular meetings, presentations, training sessions, and engagement activities with partner agents.

· Coordinate with agents throughout the student admission process and ensure timely follow-up on applications.

· Plan and participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

· Stay updated on market developments, competitor strategies, and emerging industry trends, while sharing valuable market insights.

· Maintain accurate recruitment records and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.

· 2–4 years of experience in international student recruitment, overseas education, or a similar field.

· An established network of education agents across Sri Lanka will be considered an added advantage.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Good knowledge of the international education sector and student recruitment processes.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online communication platforms.

· Willingness to travel extensively across Sri Lanka to meet education partners, sub-agents, and prospective recruitment associates. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel as regular field visits are a key part of this role.
