Job Responsibilities • Achieving the allocated territory sales target • Gathering information pertaining to the market and competition. • Assessing the market potential. Sales reports. • Providing information for management decision making. • Managing company assets. • Motivating, training and coaching the sales team to secure the desired level of performance. • Distributor Management includes management of trade discount budget, distributor and market credit, distributor profitability and market returns. • Assist in merchandizing, Market penetration and development. • Maintaining customer service levels (including efficient delivery service and managing customer and customer complaints) • Maintain integrity & honesty in all dealings undertake. Person Specifications • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Sales Management with 3 – 5 years of experience in handling sales and managing a team (Experience in FMCG, Telecommunication, F&B Industries will be given high consideration) • A thorough understanding of the distribution and sales dynamics. • Knowledge of the specific trade and distribution system, Salesmanship, Customer requirements. • Communication skills and Interpersonal skills, Ability to work long hours, Ability to drive a vehicle, Time management and Decision-making ability and Tamil Speaking.
