Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of support and close support inquires.
 - Ensure timely follow-up and convert to Service Level Agreements.
 - Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
 - Liaise with C-level customers and ensure customer relationships.
 - Ensure timely communication and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Develop policies and procedures for the service team.
 - Assist in preparation of the annual service plan with the guidance of HOD.
 - Execution of the annual team plan and management
 - Team performance monitoring.
 - Management reporting.
 
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in managing an ERP/technical support team, or 5+ years of experience as an ERP Support Consultant.
 - Experience in working with all customer types as well as technical and executive leadership.
 - Ability to grow, coach, and mentor employees.
 - Excellent decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 - Willingness to learn and the ability to master our products and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
 - Process and detail-oriented.
 - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
