Senior Manager - Corporate Banking
- Senior Manager - Corporate Banking Managed or presently managing a Export Oriented Portfolio will be an added advantage
- Senior Manager - Corporate Banking (Pettah Market) Experience in Pettah geography would be an added advantage
Job Profile
- Build and manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients to achieve challenging performance targets by deploying effective
- Relationship Management strategies, driving facility utilization and revenue generation.
- Aggressively expand the said customer portfolio by adopting aggressive sales strategies, identifying and canvassing new corporate clients with close coordination with the branch network
- Provide outstanding relationship management and customer service to be the main banker in all key customer accounts.
- Carry out detailed analysis of credit proposals and preparing reports for approval by the relevant credit approving authority
- Ensure the portfolio and all lending transactions comply with the highest credit standards and the Bank's credit policy and guidelines
- Prudent post disbursal follows up and restructure / reschedule in instances where necessary
- Cross-selling of Bank's products and services among corporate clients of the portfolio
- Motivate and develop the assigned support team in line with respective career development plans

Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 9 years' experience in the fields of Banking and /or financial institution out of which 5 years at managerial level
- A Degree from a recognized University or a full/part Professional Qualification (Banking/CIMA/Chartered Accountancy or similar)
