Senior Executive HR & Admin (Mathugama)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the entire management of employee life cycle 
  • Obtain/renew relevant government licenses and maintain records 
  • Handle the insurance claims of the company & Staff
  • Ensure adherence to the Policies & procedures of the Company 
  • Ensure compliance to Health & Safety procedures and Labour laws 
  • Engage in the General Administration function of the company
PROFILE
  • Degree or professional qualification in the field of Human resources 
  • Minimum two years experience in the HR Generalist role 
  • Male candidate is preferred 
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing would be a definite advantage
  • Age Below 30 years 
Preference would be given to the candidates with close proximity to Matugama Area
