Pre-requisites and Qualifications
-Fluency in English is a must
-Friendly personality with excellent communication skills and other PR traits
-Passed GCE O/L’s and professionally qualified in English and MS Office packages.
-Experience in a similar job function will be an added advantage
-Living in close proximity to Colombo 08
Job Responsibilities
-Greeting and directing visitors at the front desk
-Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Communicating with all external customers effectively
-Maintaining customer databases on MS Excel
-This is a full time in-office job
