Receptionist cum Customer Relation Coordinator (Female)

Job Responsibilities

-   Greeting and directing visitors at the front desk

-   Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally

-    Communicating with all external customers effectively

-   Maintaining customer databases on MS Excel

Requirements and Qualifications

-   Fluency in English is a must

-   Proven work experience in a similar capacity

-   Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and other PR traits  

-   Passed GCE A/L’s and professionally qualified in English and MS Office packages.

-   Living in close proximity to Colombo 08
