The Job

  • To understand the strategic goals, business & operational plans of the bank and ensure adequate manpower availability `
  • To develop communication methods along with the internal team for Employer Branding roll-out in the external and internal environment
  • Facilitate & Execute the job rotation policy, facilitate placements and transfers for career advancement opportunities and multi-skilling for employees
  • To ensure that hiring/resourcing is based on objective selection process & tools including competency-based-interviews, psychometrics and cultural fitment that ensures right-fit between role and employee
  • Assist in Development of policies or provide inputs for all applicable policies such as Recruitment Policy, Rotation Policy that helps in policy-driven execution of the HR function
  • To ensure on-boarding of new employees and provide a professional & an unique experience to each new recruit
  • Contribute towards effective management of external parties such as senior officials of academic and professional bodies in maintaining positive relationships that aid the Bank's image
Entry Requirements

The Person

  • A degree/ professional qualification in Banking, Business, Finance or Human Resources 
  • Possess at least 12 years experience, with a mix of HR and other experience in front-end bsuiness
  • Of the total experience, at least 5 years should be in HR, including experience in Talent Acquisiton 
  • HR related certifications / accreditations will be a certain advantage 
  • Passion and curiosity to adopt what is new and bring the outside in
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess strong problem solving / decision making skills
