To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn new things.
• Passion for building positive employee experiences and fostering a strong company culture.

• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Bilingual skills (English and another language).
