HR Responsibilities
·
Liaise with Educational Institutes,
Universities, other agencies and sources to attract top talents to the company.
·
Formulate methods for
Employee motivation and maximize productivity.
·
Develop and Implement
employee engagement and welfare activities.
·
Attention to detail and
ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
·
Organize and maintain
accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
·
Prepare HR documents, contractual
agreements, letters and forms.
·
Monitor and implement
changes in labor laws and regulations, communicating updates to relevant
stakeholders.
·
Continuous revision of company policies
and procedures
·
Create regular reports
and presentations on HR metrics
·
Provide guidance and
support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
·
Participate in HR
projects (e.g. assist organize a job fair event etc)
Admin Responsibilities
·
Assist Senior Management
with administration and day to day tasks
·
Arrange travel, accommodations
and process expense forms
·
Assist payroll by
providing relevant employee information
·
Liaise with external
partners and ensure legal compliance
Manage
petty cash and general office Admin tasks
