Key Accountability
Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively 
Understand and resolve customer complaints 
Provide service-related information & solutions for customers

Basic qualifications
Qualification: G.C.E (O/L) or (A/L) with minimum pass in Mathematics & English 
Excellent soft skills; able to communicate in English, Sinhala (Tamil would be a definite advantage) 
Ideal job for school leavers, following higher studies, etc 
Customer service experience is an added advantage 
Flexible to work on shifts & weekends will be a definite advantage

Compensation and Benefits
Candidates close to Colombo 00600 and Malabe within 20km radius will be provided with company transport (Condition Apply) 
Selected candidates may apply week off/holiday on Saturday or any weekday
