Several Vacancies Available FMCG PROCESS | INBOUND & DIGITAL SUPPORT Location | Colombo 02 Key Accountability Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively Understand and resolve customer complaints Provide service-related information & solutions for customers Basic qualifications Qualification: Completed G.C.E (O/L) with a minimum pass in Mathematics & English or call centre experience Excellent soft skills; Able to communicate in Sinhala & English is a MUST Communication skill in Tamil would be a definite advantage Ideal job for school leavers, eager to learn FMCG products and willing to begin the career in FMCG industry Flexible to work on weekends will be a definite advantage Work hour will be 8 am - 05.00 pm (If required; additional 3 hours O.T is provided to work) Compensation and Benefits Candidates close to Colombo and within 20km (Colombo and Gampaha District Wattala, Kandana, Kiribathgoda, Kelaniya, Ragama) radius will be provided with company transport (Condition Apply)
