We are looking for skilled and charismatic individual who can take up the role of Customer Relations Manager

Principle Accountabilities:
Owns customer issue management, escalation and resolution; serves as a main coordination point with customers 
Ensure prompt resolution of customer problems and complaints
To lead & deliver high-level service for individual escalations through to resolution, while determining prevention methods and root cause 
Work closely with the business units and all stake holders to uplift the service standards 
Comprehensive analysis of customer complaints, queries, turnaround times, customer feedbacks and implement controls 
Take specific initiatives to improve customer service while reducing bottlenecks and customer complaints

Requirements:
Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment and possess a positive, productive attitude 
Possess a BSc. degree in Business Management or any related field 
Full/Part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales /customer relations management in the financial services industry
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Sinhala (Ability to speak Tamil would be advantageous) 
Have a strong commercial and business acumen
