Requirements 
  • Passed G.C.E. O/L Including Mathematics & English with a minimum "C" pass 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Key Responsibilities 
  • Attending to inbound calls effectively and responding to emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints 
  • Provide customers with service-related information/solution

Skills required
