Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing cost cards, quotations for services.
Follow up and dispatching/ all invoicing for the month in coordination with Accounts.
Collection of payment and following up of Debts (Letter/email follow up)
Prepare and follow up contractor payments for services/projects.
Follow up warranty claims local/foreign-Under HKB
Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports(i.e.: Contract & Project Agreements, Completion Reports, HO Documents, Inspection Reports &, etc.).
Coordinate local purchases, services, equipment, and commodities within company policy and procedure.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Provide detailed daily reports on the number of breakdowns, rectified details along with analytical information.)
Actively manage the help desk with an immediate response to the ticketing system complaints.
Daily breakdown information to be shared with Assistant Engineer for allocations & work-related.
Weekly compile report should be shared with the management providing status of breakdowns and number of jobs completed.
Prepare purchase requisitions & granting approvals.
AMC quotation requests to be directed to Customer Service Engineer.
Responsible for marketing AMCs
