To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or actively pursuing one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• A passion for collaboration and building strong relationships.
• Experience with research, data analysis, and report writing (a plus).
• Familiarity with basic legal and financial concepts (a plus).
