Coordinate local purchases, services, equipment, and commodities within company policy and procedure. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. Provide detailed daily reports on the number of breakdowns, rectified details and analytical information.) Actively manage the help desk with an immediate response to ticketing system complaints. Daily breakdown information is to be shared with the assistant engineer for allocations and work-related matters. A weekly compilation report should be shared with the management, providing the status of breakdowns and the number of jobs completed. Prepare purchase requisitions and grant approvals. AMC quotation requests are to be directed to the Customer Service Engineer. Responsible for marketing AMCs
